BMW N57D30 upgraded turbocharger

Upgraded bearing system;

Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 50/72 mm;
Enlarged turbine wheel — 51/49 mm;

Stage 3 (HTD3073BB):

Dual ceramic ball bearing;
CNC-machined compressor housing;
CNC-machined turbine housing;
Custom variable geometry nozzle;
Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 54/73 mm;
Enlarged turbine wheel — 58/54 mm;
Flow bench adjusted;
Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 420+ HP

Stage 4 (HTD3279BB):

Large dual ceramic ball bearing;
Enlarged shaft (6 mm diameter) and turbine wheel;
CNC-machined compressor housing;
CNC-machined turbine housing;
Custom-built variable geometry nozzle;
Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 56/79 mm;
High-flow turbine wheel — 58/56 mm;
Flow bench adjusted;
Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 470+ HP

Stage 5 (HTD3379BB):

Large dual ceramic ball bearing;
Enlarged 7 mm shaft and wheel diameter;
CNC-machined compressor housing;
CNC-machined turbine housing;
NEW custom-built variable geometry nozzle with 14 nozzle vanes;
Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 56/79 mm;
High-flow turbine wheel design — 62.8/56 mm;
Flow bench adjusted;
Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 500+ HP

Please note that engine tuning is required when installing an upgraded turbocharger.

Stage 3–5 turbochargers should be used for professional applications only. For best results, an upgraded intake system, a performance downpipe and custom software are required.
