Price shown excluding VAT and shipping. Bolt-on turbocharger solution for increasing BMW M57N2 engine power, designed to operate with the stock exhaust manifold and other engine components. Available in five versions from Stage 2 to Stage 5. Technical specifications and compatibility list below.

Although the models listed below use the same engine, the construction of these turbochargers differs slightly. Please order the turbocharger that matches your vehicle.

Stage 2 (HTD2872):

Stage 2 (HTD2872BB):

  • Dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • CNC-machined compressor housing;
  • CNC-machined turbine housing;
  • OEM variable geometry nozzle;
  • Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 50/72 mm;
  • Enlarged turbine wheel — 51/49 mm;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: up to 400 HP

Stage 3 (HTD3073BB):

  • Dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • CNC-machined compressor housing;
  • CNC-machined turbine housing;
  • Custom variable geometry nozzle;
  • Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 54/73 mm;
  • Enlarged turbine wheel — 58/54 mm;

Stage 4 (HTD3279BB):

  • Large dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • Enlarged shaft (6 mm diameter) and turbine wheel;
  • CNC-machined compressor housing;

  • Custom-built variable geometry nozzle;
  • Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 56/79 mm;
  • High-flow turbine wheel — 58/56 mm;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 470+ HP

Stage 5 (HTD3379BB):

  • Large dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • Enlarged 7 mm shaft and wheel diameter;
  • CNC-machined compressor housing;
  • CNC-machined turbine housing;
  • NEW variable geometry nozzle design with 14 nozzle vanes;
  • Reinforced larger billet-machined compressor wheel — 56/79 mm;
  • High-flow turbine wheel — 62.8/56 mm;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 500+ HP

Please note that engine tuning is required when installing an upgraded turbocharger.

Stage 3–5 turbochargers should be used for professional applications only. For best results, an upgraded intake system, a performance downpipe and custom software are required.
